With this conceptual album, each track tells the story of a wild night at a house party, expressing the importance of engaging and connecting with one another. For the launch of ‘Doom Days’, Bastille wanted to create a world for fans to experience this narrative first-hand, especially the record’s theme of "escapism, hope and the preciousness of close friendships". Eleven paired up with award-winning playwright Charlotte Bogard Macleod, inviting fans to immerse themselves in the theatrical experience, ‘Still Avoiding Tomorrow’, by choosing one of three characters and using headphones to follow along with their journey throughout the night.
